His insatiable curiosity and passion for innovation motivated him to seek out opportunities to share his expertise with others. Armed with NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, she has honed her skills in hairstyling, specialising in hair-ups and bridal transformations. Known for her signature blow-dries and her calming presence, Alishia’s expertise extends beyond hair, as she is also a talented makeup artist dedicated to creating flawless looks for brides on their special day.

Her approach to hairstyling is rooted in kindness and understanding, ensuring every client feels comfortable and valued. Alishia’s favourite part of her work is building lasting relationships with clients and witnessing their transformations, whether through a glamorous hair-up or a radiant bridal makeover.

Outside of the salon, Alishia finds inspiration in dance and art, which fuel her creativity and love for beauty. When she’s not styling hair or doing makeup, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. With 14 years of experience in the hair industry, Clare’s passion for hairstyling started at a young age. She was the one styling her own hair for school and dance shows, always eager to experiment with new looks. Even her school report noted that she was happiest with a pair of straighteners in her hands! When she discovered she could turn her love for hair into a career, it was an easy decision.

Trained at Lee Stafford’s Academy in Chelmsford, Clare achieved her NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Hairdressing and was personally selected as Lee Stafford’s Student of the Year. Over the years, she has perfected her craft, specialising in balayage, styling, and bridal hair, creating effortlessly beautiful looks that enhance each client’s natural features. Known for her seamless colour work and signature soft waves, Clare has built a loyal following of clients who trust her to create hair that looks just as stunning in real life as it does in photos.

Her approach to hairstyling is built on understanding and connection. Clare takes the time to listen, offering honest advice and realistic expectations to achieve the best possible results. Whether a client needs a heart-to-heart, a fun chat, or a peaceful moment of self-care, she ensures every appointment is a personalised experience.

Clare’s favourite part of her job is building relationships with her clients and following their hair journey over time. Talkative, outgoing, and naturally bubbly, Lucy thrives in the vibrant atmosphere of the salon. She’s known for her impeccable organisational skills, ensuring that the salon runs smoothly and efficiently. Every day is different, filled with positive energy, which is what she loves most about her role.

Elise has had a passion for hairstyling from a young age, always drawn to creating unique hair-up looks and exploring her creativity through hair. With four years of experience, she holds a Level 2 NVQ qualification and is currently pursuing her Level 3 to further enhance her skills. Elise specialises in colour, with a particular love for highlighting, but she covers all areas of hairdressing.

What sets Elise apart is her commitment to bringing her clients’ visions to life. She listens carefully, offers expert advice, and works closely with her clients to achieve beautiful, personalised results. She finds joy in helping clients feel confident, whether it's through a bold transformation or subtle enhancements. A memorable experience for Elise was helping a first-time colour client by guiding her through every step of the process and delivering a natural balayage that exceeded expectations.

Her styling aesthetic is all about a relaxed, comfortable vibe, making clients feel at ease while ensuring they leave the salon looking and feeling their best. Elise loves collaborating with the Andrews-Jeakins team, describing the salon as a fun and supportive environment. She works closely with Lucy at the front of house to ensure clients’ needs are met and that the salon operates smoothly throughout the day.

Outside the salon, Elise enjoys spending time with friends and keeping up with the latest trends on TikTok—her favourite right now being the bronze bouncy blow-dry aesthetic. She loves experimenting with different looks, especially with her close friend’s thick hair, which often presents a fun challenge. Elise is also a fan of Neal & Wolf’s hair perfume, adding the perfect finishing touch to her creations.

Elise’s goal is to become a fully qualified hairstylist, continually developing her skills and bringing her own flair and creativity to Andrews-Jeakins.
